Packing a bright and clear OLED screen, you’d expect the ZenBook 14 to prioritize performance over endurance. Thankfully, it hits a sweet spot right in the middle. In our review, lead analyst Matthew Buzzi said that it was “super portable with exceptional battery life, an enjoyable OLED display, and a snappy enough processor.” With almost a full day’s use on a single charge, it’s a tremendous pick for people who work on the go with little access to power. This configuration ships with a 14-core Intel Core Ultra 5 processor, 8GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD.

There are a few different hybrid consoles on the market now that let you take your PC games on the go, but $150 off of the Asus ROG Ally makes it one of the most tempting. In our review, expert Matthew Buzzi said “smart hardware, software, and design decisions make for a fun, exciting Windows-based handheld game console.” Running off of an AMD Ryzen Z1 CPU, it handles most modern games ably at 1080p resolution, and the custom Windows 11 system is flexible and easy to use. The controls feel responsive and solid, and the build quality is exceptional.

If desk space isn’t a concern and you’re setting up the gaming PC of your dreams, you’re not likely to snag a better deal than $350 off of this absolute powerhouse of a 4K monitor. We wrote up the changes in this 2021 model refresh, noting that the ROG Strix 4K now supports DisplayPort 1.4b Display Stream Compression technology, giving you lossless visuals in HDR 1000. The Fast IPS screen has a 1ms gray-to-gray response time, and the frame rate caps at a very capable 144Hz. You can even get three free months of Adobe Creative Cloud with this offer.

As the holidays draw near, your home network is going to be struggling to keep up with visiting family and kids out of school. That’s why picking up a new router is a wise choice before Black Friday. We reviewed the Asus RT-AX86U Pro very positively, with contributing editor John Delaney saying that the system “gives you all the tools you need to maximize your home network for a lag-free gaming experience.” With a ton of wired ports, including a dedicated LAN port for gaming that prioritizes traffic for minimal ping, coupled with wireless performance of up to 861Mbps on the 2.4GHz band and up to 4,804Mbps on the 5GHz band, it’s a high performer. Setup is a breeze as well.
