We’re obviously focusing on computer hardware and tech, which brings us to HP. Founded in a garage in 1939, the company is approaching a century of producing electronics for all kinds of markets. We review many of its offerings positively, and right now, Amazon has a ton of good HP laptops, desktops, printers, and more on sale for Prime Day.

When you buy a budget laptop, you’re always making some sort of compromise. The ideal outcome is that you get the power and performance you need at a price that’s fair—but that doesn’t always happen. That’s why we’re happy to say that the Prime Day deal on the HP 14 is solid all the way through. This obviously isn’t a gas-guzzling gaming laptop with next-gen graphics, but if all you need is a portable computer that can handle email, Web surfing, and document production without breaking a sweat, it’ll get the job done for $50 off. This is a simple and effective budget display that doesn’t push the envelope in terms of performance but offers just enough reliability and quality to make it a good buy, especially for over $100 off on Prime Day.
